HecketyBlue is an Irish creator of handmade household textiles and jewellery using upcycled textiles and beads. My aim is to produce items from usable textile remnants, project scraps and end of line fabrics which might otherwise be destined for landfill. Any new fabrics, notions and supplies are sourced from Irish suppliers when possible.

Textile items are mostly household items, bags, quilts, table linens, and handknits using yarn with an upcycled content. I aim to help people rethink dumping textiles into landfill and consider how they might be reused. I also repurpose old and broken jewelry into new pieces.

My packaging is either reused or sustainable, usually a combination.

HecketyBlue Etsy shop may be considered a showcase of items as I am always willing to consider specific requests and ideas. Please email or DM me on the HecketyBlue Instagram account to open a conversation.
