Step 1: Review Our Joining Criteria
Before you begin, ensure that your business aligns with our values and meets the requirements for conscious and sustainable practices. Take a moment to review our joining criteria below to see if you’re a good fit for our Conscious Community.

Business Criteria to Become a Member

At The Earthy Marketplace, we feature three main cohorts of conscious businesses. Can your business be described as one of the following? If so, we’d love to have you on board!

  • Shop Sustainable: Businesses that focus on sustainable practices, including refilleries, zero-waste stores, fashion, children’s toys, accessories, beauty, art, crafting, household items, furniture, and more.

  • Earthy Eats: Food establishments offering 100% vegan or offering vegan options, including restaurants, cafés, bistros, food trucks, and bakeries.

  • Farm Finder: Independent growers selling seasonal, organic produce that adheres to the principles of organic farming.

Please note that TEM will review and approve all content and listings before they are made public on our platform.


Become an Earthy Friend

At The Earthy Marketplace, we’re dedicated to promoting a more conscious lifestyle, which is why we offer a space for NGOs, charities, and not-for-profit organizations focused on environmental and community initiatives. Becoming an Earthy Friend is completely free as part of our commitment to paying it forward.

Criteria to Become an Earthy Friend:

  • Your organization must be a legitimate NGO, charity, or not-for-profit.
  • You should focus on areas related to: Environment, Community, Sustainability, Climate Action, Circular Economy, Animal Welfare, or Climate Awareness.

Important Note: Earthy Friends cannot sell goods or services through this program.


Step 2: Choose Your Membership Package

  1. Select and Purchase a Subscription Plan: Visit our ‘Memberships’ section to choose the plan that best suits your needs.

  2. Accept Cookies: Ensure you accept cookies for a seamless sign-up experience. This is a quick, one-time step!


Step 3: Complete Your Registration

  1. Login: After purchasing your membership, log in to your account. Click the logo in the top left corner to return to the home page.

  2. Add Your Listing: Hover over the logo to find the drop-down menu and select ‘Add Listing.’

  3. Set Up Your Business Listing: For best results, complete this process on a desktop. Add your business details, feature photos/logos, videos, contact information, opening hours, and more!


Further Membership Details

  • Email Confirmation: After signing up, you’ll receive additional information about your membership via email.
  • My Dashboard: Access ‘My Dashboard’ anytime to edit your listing, add offers, and promote events.
  • Visibility: Once your listing is complete, your business will be visible to users. Make sure to showcase what makes your business stand out!
