So in 2018 Sharon left her senior role at an American multinational and set up Jiminy to give eco-minded customers more options. Jiminy Eco Toys is an eco-specialist toy company, retailing and distributing the earth-kindest toys across Ireland & the UK. Meet the creator of Grangecon Store Cupboard, Jennifer, and learn about why she got started. Grangecon Store Cupboard is a weekly refill station set up as an outdoor market stall every Saturday in Grangecon, West Wicklow. Bring your own containers to be filled with a range of organic dried foods, natural household cleaners, and natural skin, hair, and dental care products. You can buy as much or as little as you like of any item and simply pay by weight. This not only helps to reduce your household packaging waste but also your food and product waste. You will also find some eco-products such as wooden dishwashing brushes, bamboo toothbrushes, paper tape, and stainless steel clothes pegs.

Peter from Clonmel Organic Growers and Jenny from Zero Waste Market Place have teamed up to bring you a zero-waste, organic grocery market on Anglesea Street, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. A first of its kind in the area, it is a package-free, organic grocery store where you bring your own containers and fill up with exactly the amount you need.
